Where media capacity meets the defence of fundamental freedoms

The Civic Media Portal (CMP) serves as a collaborative platform for media professionals — journalists, bloggers, vloggers and podcasters — as well as civil society organizations. By providing easy access to knowledge products, resources, narratives and tools, CMP aims to foster democratic consolidation and safeguard human rights and fundamental freedoms in Pakistan.

It is developed under the European Union–supported project “Strengthening Media Persons’ Capacity and Engagement for Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms”, jointly implemented by CPDI and Individualland.
